Information needed to quote, book and manage a journey, such as your name, contact details, pickup and destination, journey times, passenger information, flight details where relevant, payment status and messages about the booking.
To provide quotes, create and manage bookings, take or record payments, communicate journey updates, assign suitable transport, support live journey features, prevent misuse and meet legal or accounting obligations.
We mainly use personal data because it is necessary to take steps at your request or perform the booking contract. We may also use information where needed for legal obligations or legitimate business interests such as service security, fraud prevention and operational record keeping.
Only where needed to provide or support the service. This can include the assigned driver and service providers used for payments, hosting, databases, email delivery, maps or other platform functions.
Card payments are processed through our payment provider. Pro Ride records the booking payment status and amounts needed to manage the journey; full card details are not intended to be stored in the Pro Ride booking database.
We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the booking, customer service, operational records, accounting, dispute handling and legal obligations. The exact period can vary by record type.
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data, object to certain uses, or ask for information about how it is used. You can contact us to make a request.
We may use storage that is necessary for security, sessions and features you request. If non-essential cookies or similar technologies are introduced, they should not be enabled without the consent required by applicable rules.
